Consecutive Interpretation
This interpretation is the oral conversion between two parties who do not share a common language.
Typically, one participant makes a statement or asks a question in their native language. Then sequentially, the interpreter orally converts the statement or question into the target language of the second participant.
Consecutive Interpreting Services aim to remove the language barrier efficiently and at minimal cost and is the perfect service type for small to midsize meetings/events.

Note: Consecutive Interpretation Services should not be confused with Simultaneous Interpretation because the cost, service setup, and linguist qualifications are very different.
ON-SITE INTERPRETING
We come to the location you need us.

For this service type, applicable expenses apply, billable at the actual cost.
ONLINE INTERPRETING
This type is performed via video conference.
1-day advance notice is sufficient for booking.
Pricing is based on the time allocated. There is no other expense.
OVER-THE-PHONE INTERPRETING
Most suitable option for practical matters.
1-day advance notice is sufficient for booking.
Pricing is based on the duration of service is provided. There is no other expense.

Our rates are very competitive, and any extra time is pretty calculated.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you our service confirmation document pertaining all details about your order.
Our service is subject to availability of linguists for requested date / time.
Important: We request 3 days advance notice for all orders.
Service Terms
We offer Hourly, Half Day, Full Day, Multiple Days services.
For shorter appointments, we have a standard rate which covers up to 2 hours.
We have a fair charge system. We bill excess time at 20 minutes intervals of hourly rate.
Commuting and/or parking expenses are additional and billed at actual expense.
Your invoice will be sent upon completion of your event / session calculated with actual hours and expenses incurred.
Payment
You may pay by Check, Card, PayPal or Zelle.
Credit card or PayPal payments are subject to 3.5% commission surcharge.
