Simultaneous Interpretation is an instant conversion of a language from one speaker to multiple listeners.
Simultaneous interpreting provides instant language solutions for high-level meetings. However, it is a highly specialized practice that requires accurate and complete oral translation at the same speech rate to the speaker in a short lag time.
This process requires high concentration levels, requiring a team of 2 or more conference interpreters to sustain quality throughout the event.
Interpretation Equipment such as equipment, setup, and skilled audio technician support throughout the event are also necessary and costly for an event that needs simultaneous interpreting.
Remote Simultaneous Interpretation is also possible online and conducted through specialized online programs. This version eliminates considerable associated costs for an average on-site Simultaneous Interpretation, such as transportation, sound equipment, on-site technician, travel and accommodation, etc. In addition, it is a very convenient method for qualifying events or meetings.

Upon receiving your inquiry, you will be contacted by a Project Manager with our quote and all details.
Note: For on-site Conference Interpreting, we request a minimum of 15 days advance notice.
Payment
We request 50% upfront payment upon signing our agreement.
Your final invoice will be sent upon completion of your event, with actual hours and expenses incurred.
You may pay by Check, Card and Direct Deposit.
Card payments are subject to 3.5% commission surcharge.
